Rashes: Rashes are generally impossible to diagnose over the computer. Since you have tried so many things without relief, it's time to see the dr. to get it examined and properly diagnosed so the best treatment can hopefully occur. Good luck.

Itch without rash: Possibly eczema or contact dermatitis. Avoid any new topical products; soaps, lotions. Could try using hydro-cortisone cream, over the counter. Apply twice a day for 3-4 days. Anti-histamine, Claritin, (loratadine) Zyrtec, may also help. If not better time to get checked.
