i have a question about eye problem
i made 2 surgeries for retinal detachment with silicone oil since 5 months and cataract with change eye lens 
is taking flouvoxamine 100 once daily safe in this case for 3 month for treatment of panic disorder?

Flouvvoxamine: I'm sure your prescribing physician and ophthalmologist won't want you to discontinue this medication which is important for you. However make sure that all physicians, the ophthalmologist and anesthesiologist know you're taking this SSRI medication that has so many interactions with other meds that can cause the dangerous serotonin syndrome.

Glaucoma can cause: Glaucoma, cataracts retinal disease and dry eye can cause problems seeing at night or adjusting to the darkness.

Cataract surgery: If you are allergic  or have had an adverse reaction to Vigamox , there are several other antibiotic drops you can take prior to cataract surgery. You should discuss it with your ophthalmologist.

Cataracts: Please consult your eye doctor.  There are drops that some people find helpful but only use them w/doc’s advice.  The surgery is a nuisance but many people are very glad they did it.  Peace and good health.

Depends on drops: Most over the counter drops should be fine to use. Even prescription eye drops will not generally affect cataract development, with the exception of steroids.
