Tinnitus: This problem may be transient but also be long-lasting. If you have nasal congestion from allergies, try nasal steroid. If the problem persists for more than a week or worsens, see ENT doctor.

Ear wax?: When was the last time you had your ears checked. Sometimes a buildup of ear wax can trap fluid (shower water etc). Thisw amy cause the symptoms you have described.

Tinnitus: Recent onset of tinnitus can be from ear wax accumulation, but new onset tinnitus associated vertigo and/or with hearing loss especially in one ear warrants an evaluation by an Otolaryngologist to check for a type of growth in the brain which is called acoustic neuroma.

why do i hear noise in my right ear its like a ocean sound i've been to dr i was told its sinus i got antibotics but noise is there what is this?

Tinnitus: It is unlikely that you went to a specialist.  I do not think that a competent ear doctor would treat you with an antibiotic for a sinus infection with a principal symptom of noise in the ear.  Noise in the ear or tinnitus is usually of unknown etiology and if not associated with a hearing loss or vertigo is usually of little significance.  See an ENT doctor for an appropriate diagnosis.

i hear an ocean sound in ear for a second when swallow,its worse when first wake up. also feel pressure like ear needs to pop. no fluid in ear. ideas?

Eustacian tube : Dysfunction . Try an over the counter  decongestant during the day and a spray of afrin at night and learn to irrigate your nose with saline spray and see if that does not help . A nasal steroid that is over the counter once a day might help also

Exam: You may have either wax in your ear canal or fluid in your inner ear ( serous otitis media) - in either case you must be examined and treated.

Corticosporin ear: drops are usualled used for otitis externa or sometimes for impacted wax
