Underwear: You won't want to stop wet dreams at night. I'm not sure what pe is, but make sure to wear absorbent underwear when you're up and around and prone to wet dreams. There is no way to stop orgasm if you are anatomically intact. It can be embarrassing if your clothing soaks through, but take precautions including double underwear if it's really an ongoing problem. It will not go on forever. Best luck.

: Cauterization of the penis is not done. Only lesions. growths etc  on the penis are cauterized. Wet dreams are a normal occurance- specially in young men and do not require any 'treatment' -specially cauterization. There is a mis- apprehension in some counties( specially in south Asia) that nocturnal emissions are abnormal. This is totally not true.  And - no- cauterization does not stop wet dream
