i am concerned i may have leukemia, one noticeable symptom is that since november i have had tinnitus ( not seen this on any leukemia symptom list but want to check). have been suffering bone pains for several months also occasional night sweats?

: I think your symptoms warrant evaluation by a MD.  May be a variety of conditions like myeloma, TB, lymphoma, chronic  infection( including chronic prostatitis, or osteomyelitis) , immune disease. Acute leukemia is less likely as it  develops rather fast, but a CBC would diagnosis it/ bone marrow confirm it. Urine assessment could assess for myeloma  or urinary infection  F/U w/ MD

: A CBC, differential and smear are recommended. Please see your physician soon. A Chest image may provide additional information. Rule out infection. Monitor temperature and breathing. Watch for signs of fever.

Night sweats: Metabolic, endocrine, sleep disorders, effect of medications, infection  & psychological such as anxiety.

: No.   Especially since you did sweat profusely prior to the Covid infection.  Stay hydrated, eat healthy and get plenty of rest.

Sweats: Sweats are a symptoms of many things.  Flu can be one of the things that it is a symptom with.

Hot stuff: Room too hot, too heavy pjs, heavy blanket or possibly response to fever quenchers. Certain foods may also cause sweats.

Sweating: Night time sweating may indicate episodes of fever, as you sweat when the fever breaks.  Try taking your temperature twice per day for a few weeks to see if you have any fever.  If you are having other symptoms of headache and nausea you should see your doctor for a check up to determine the cause.

when i exercise i sweat too much, i mean much more than any one in the gym, what deficiencies this symptom might mean?

Sweating: See your doc (especially if you have other symptoms) and if he/she has no clear diagnosis it may simply be that you sweat more that others.  It is not necessarily a deficiency but may lead to deficiencies in your electrolyte balance so be sure to eat well, i.e., lots of fruits and vegetables--eat the rainbow.  Stay hydrated and avoid most electrolyte drinks because they can be high in sugar.
