When i exercise i sweat too much, i mean much more than any one in the gym, what deficiencies this symptom might mean?

Sweating: See your doc (especially if you have other symptoms) and if he/she has no clear diagnosis it may simply be that you sweat more that others. It is not necessarily a deficiency but may lead to deficiencies in your electrolyte balance so be sure to eat well, i.e., lots of fruits and vegetables--eat the rainbow. Stay hydrated and avoid most electrolyte drinks because they can be high in sugar.
