hi i want to ask a question . today after night fall . i notice a watery discharge from my penis on meautus. i am unmarried and i dont have any wrong relation with any one. i occasionally suffer from this thing. but after sometime it disappears?

: That watery discharge could be from urethral glands, not much different from benign vaginal discharge in women. You can neglect that discharge as long as it is clear, odorless and there is no other urethral or urinary symptom even it occurs after the nightfall. Take care.

: This is normal in some men. Stool passing over the prostate gland and/or seminal vesicles, plus the pressure from straining at stool, can express semen or normal genital fluids. If you have any further concerns about it, see a urologist for what probably would be a reassuring evaluation.

No: No. Those are common glandular structures normally found on the ventral area of the frenulum in many men. They can become irritated but the burning sensation with urination typically deals with you referral or prostate issues in men

Yes: Men can have a clear, occasionally milky, discharge with erections, after erections, and after ejaculation.  The clear discharge with the erection is commonly referred to as "pre-cum" and prepares the urethra to carry semen.  After erections, some of this pre-cum may still be in the urethra and leak out.  After ejaculation, residual semen may leak out.  See your doc, if there is pain or continues.
