Would be hard: I am not sure how someone could overdose exactly? One NuvaRing is placed in the vagina for three weeks. It is then removed for one week allowing the period to be triggered. The next week you place a new one. If you are using it like that then you will get a predictable steady dose of hormones to prevent pregnancy. You only use one at a time and then remove it after three weeks.
