No normal: The average couple has sex about once a week. But there is great variation. What is important is not how often one has sex but the quality of it and the satisfaction of both people involved. If both people are happy having sex once a month then that is fine and normal for that couple. But if one person wants sex twice a day and the other wants sex no more than once a week, then there is a problem.
