Not pregnant: You cannot be pregnant if your blood pregnancy test is negative.

Possibly: Repeated pelvic surgery, which includes a c-section can cause the formation of scar tissue (adhesions) which can block your fallopian tubes (which carry the egg from the ovary to the uterus) and then cause an ectopic pregnancy.  This is because the fertilized egg cannot reach the uterus to implant where it belongs.  Repeated c-sections are associated with reduced fertility.

Not normally: Anyone could experience an ectopic pregnancy, but an uncomplicated cesarean would not increase your risk for an ectopic pregnancy.

8 wks: 1st -gyns start counting weeks of preg based on the 1st day of your last period (I know that's actually 2 wks before you ovulate &amp; conceive , but that's the convention ). Generally , an ectopic will rupture @ the 8th week +/- a week . Rarely , people might go to 12 wks , its almost impossible to go to viability (@24 + weeks).

Pelvis or back: Hopefully if you have an ectopic, you would be diagnosed before you have pain. The earlier the diagnosis the more likely you can be treated with medicine and avoid surgery.

Yes: Although I am not a gynecologist the question hasn't been answered so i thought i would help.  Yes, ectopics are very dangerous and if you have one you need to be evaluated by an ob/gyn as soon as possible.  A ruptured ectopic can be fatal.
