No.  But chaperone!!: Male and female doctors, physician's assistants, and nurse practitioners should at all times be accompanied by a chaperone of the same sex as the patient when doing examinations.  This not only makes the patient more comfortable, but protects the practitioner from false accusations of inappropriate sexual contact or inappropriate discussion.

Exams: are your opportunity to shine !  Don't try to take in too much at a time while you study / review.  You need a certain amount of quality sleep for each chunk of new information you need to commit to memory. You should learn every day. Tell others at work you are prepping for the exam and they will likely help you. If asked you a question you don't know the answer to thats good. Thats how we learn

I : I am sorry you had such an unpleasant experience. Your doctor definitely could have handled the situation a little differently. Her saying "i have to get out of here" and walking out so abruptly was inappropriate and inconsiderate because it made you feel uncomfortable. 
Please take into consideration the fact that doctors are human and make mistakes like everyone else. Where you go from here is completely up to you. You can chalk it up as an unfortunate situation forgive the doctor and move on; you can call or visit the doctor and tell her that her words and/or actions made you uncomfortable and embarassed, lastly you can contact the doctor's supervisor (if applicable) or office manager and ask how you make a formal complaint.
The choice is yours. Regardless of how what you do, i hope you can find a way to get over what happened.

: It is possible that the default dosage is 17 on that machine. It is unknown what your actual dosage was, but have no fear, no damage occurred.

hello! i recently had an annual exam with a blood pressure of 136/76 which the nurse said was good. they didnt say anything else. i looked up the numbers online and 136 seems high. in the past couple of years my systolic numbers have been 118 and 128. im 33 years old with a vegetarian diet. wondering if the recent quarantine sedentary habits have contributed to higher systolic bp. what is your advice? thanks!

BP high?: The more careful bps you have the better you can classify your BP.  Get an accurate home device and take each AM after being seated 5 min.  Take three each time.  If the average is at home is greater than 135/85 then show your records to your Dr.

had breast exam and nurse said she felt small spot i pointed out, but says she feels norm tissue.gave me option for mam..does this mean she has doubts?

Ask her!: To get the best information, ask her. However, if there is no family history of cancer, you are at low risk, (and you are 32), it is not likely, and she was not concerned.
