It should be noted that t is converted into e by one's body fat such that obese men have more e than optimal. Consider exercise as a means to get rid of fat in order to lower conversion of t into e. Medications are also used to decrease conversion. Failing all that, surgery.

Chest Rub for cough: Chest rubs are usually mentholated compounds that are applied topically to chest and throat and are intended for temporary relief of cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation associated with the common cold. This works by inhalation of the vapors, similar to aromatherapy.  Its non-sedating and a good alternative for children and diabetics (no sugar ). It does not cure any pathology.

Temp is likely OK: The body self regulates temperature. Cold feet my be a sign of inadequate  leg circulation. This can easily be tested. It is not likely you require medication.

Small-cell tumors untreated often reach massive size and kill within a few weeks of being noticed. Estimating doubling time isn't of much help in management decisions.

Dry cough: Hi, it seems you are being treated for allergy with Montelukast and Budesonide, I believe it's time to see an Allergy specialist for further evaluation and adjustment of your medications, you might have an Allergic Asthma, also you might have Acid reflux which makes the situation worse,

can we take combination of clavam 625 and montek-lc for severe cold?

I believe that: Clavam is the veterinarian name for the antibiotic amoxicillan/ clavulonic acid (brand Augmentin).  Not sure what Montek-LC is, but unless evaluated by a physician DO NOT take antibiotics capriciously as they will not be helpful for a viral infection and could actually be dangerous,  The lower veterinarian dose may not be therapeutic and only serve to promote further resistance in time.
