Do not believe: that fluid in middle ear is the cause of these symptoms. Please see your physician for evaluation.

Evaluate Neck: If you are not improving have your doctor order a cervical spine mri.  Many times a herniated disc in the neck can cause arm pain especially if you have not improved with the medications and physical therapy.  If it is a herniated disc you may need evaluation from a spine specialist to determine what other options might be needed (injections, surgery, etc) to help reduce pain.

Likely not serious: Most causes of head numbness, as contrasted to facial numbness, are benign. Commonest causes are compression/irritation of occipital nerve (sensory nerve to scalp only) often secondary to neck spasm or upper neck arthritis. Other common causes are vascular headaches (typically migraine). Facial numbness can be a symptom of actual or impending stroke.

Contusion: It is likely that you had a contusion of the temple and some injury to the superficial nerves in the area. As,long as you have no significant headaches,nausea,vomiting,visual disturbances or dizziness, your symptoms should improve over the next week or so. If not, consult your physician.

Your : Your symptoms have been going on for one week only. Make sure your symptoms are consistent for at least an extra week.And consider a neurological evaluation. Any numbness to your head would suggest a central nervous system problem. This in combination with left foot problems suggest a problem in more than one hemisphere of the brain.

since the symptoms of a mini stroke i've be getting headaches and tingling /numbness on left side of head could this be related please am so scared!!!

Headaches are: unusual for stroke but tingling/numbness on one side of the head is definitely suspect.  Though there are other things that could cause numbness tingling, such as atypical migraine or neuralgia/ facial nerve paralysis.  Please check with your healthcare provider and get the help you need, but be calm and don't worry as much.

Tough question: Without examining you it is a little difficult to determine the cause of the numbness.  Often it is due to either spasms of the jaw muscles or a neurological inflammation.
