i have numbness in tailbone area, very dry labia looks, like reptile skin, itching, discoloration of labia almost bruised looking. doesnt hurt to urinate or shower, do have pain after skin is touched. was treated with diflucan for yeast monday?

Yeast vaginitis: I can't associate sacral-coccyxgeal numbness with the yeast vaginitis, but itching is common. The labial changes appear chronic &amp; more than what yeast vulval infections cause. In my experience, onetime oral diflucan is more effective in younger women so you might also apply antiyeast  cream to the vulva. Consult a dermatologist as needed for further evaluation of the skin problems.

Get it seen by a doc: While it is highly unlikely, there are a few conditions affecting the region of the tail bone that are serious. You mention numbness and stiffness, which are more concerning than simple soreness that is due to the pressure of sitting, and worse if you move your tail bone (coccyx) with your finger.

Most plausible cause: of your symptoms seems to be irritation of a nerve in your Lumbar spine, either from a disc herniation, arthritis, disc-facet joint complex, or some other space occupying lesion.
Check with an orthopod and be examined and investigated, so treatment could be started.

Birth trauma: There typically are consequences of all the dilation and stretching, and some of the nerve pressure symptoms may last for months. See your OB if not slowly improving.

More info needed: You must see an orthopedist or back specialist and be evaluated properly with CT or MRI of your back, coccyx and nerve roots.  Have you fallen or hurt yourself?  Sit on pillow or soft chair with higher seat for current comfort.  See your doctor as soon as possible this coming week.

Depending on how --: Long your symptoms have been going on for, i would be concerned about the numbness that your experiencing.
You need to see your pcp to start a workup with a hx, physical examination, appropriate investigations, and most likely a referral to an orthopod. For the specific treatment you require.

: At this time because of absence of any other symptoms,  I would attribute this symptom to an irritable superficial nerve which I think will resolve on its own. If it persists or other areas of the body are involved, consult a neurologist for evaluation and advice.

l5s1 disc bulge (mar '13). recently started running again (treadmill 5k). pain in disc when running and slight numbness in tailbone. stop running?

Stop running for now: Running may not be the best exercise for you when you are still recovering from a lumbar disc bulge.  I suggest you try some low impact exercises like a stairclimber, stationary bike, elliptical machine or swimming for a while until the condition heals a bit more.  You'll get the aerobic effect of exercise without the risk of inflaming the disc.

i broke my tailbone 25 years ago.  i have more than normal pain while sitting & getting up.  im having numbness & sciatic pain with now feet pain?

? unrelated: to your broken tailbone, this sounds like pinched nerves in your lumbosacral area possibly due to disc problems, you want to see a neurologist or a spine specialist, start with your primary doctor for initial evaluation, best wishes
