Hmmm: I would need more information, but with the limited info I have, I'd guess either a panic disorder of some kind, so seeing a psychiatrist can help.  It could also be a whole range of neurological problems, including vitamin deficiencies, diabetes, or infection.  Sometimes, these symptoms can be related to Lyme Disease.

Multiple locations : Including both sides of brain, brian stem , cervical spinal cord and / or peripheral nerve could be the sites of problem and different pathological process could do it. Only a neurologist after a complete neurological examination and appropriate test could give you the answer.

Many things: One thing is a peripheral neuropathy,  but that usually starts in the feet,  later gets into the fingers.  It's not really arms and legs,  but more a "feet then hands" kind of thing.  Certain meds can do it,  too.  Discuss with your doc if persistent and/or worsening.

Numbness: Are you anxious are feeling a lot of stress. The most common cause of numbness of hands and feet is anxiety with or without hyperventilation. Hyperventilation, repeated deep breaths, can occur in some people who just sigh a lot. If the numbness or tingling is constant and progressive, you need to see a doctor to evaluate for spinal cord or peripheral nerve problems (rare).

Check it out: Any chest pain should be considered a possibility of heart origin -- so make sure that it is not a coronary heart disease -- then perhaps you need another imaging study to see the size of your thymoma -- it too can cause chest discomfort and numbness to the extremities and may need to be removed -.
