Tooth/sinus problem?: Depending on the specific location and duration of the aching & numbness, i'd get my teeth checked, consider if it could be sinuses or bell's palsy & review my risk factors for stroke to start.

Need more info: Are you asking what it could be?  Sounds like a 7th nerve palsy otherwise known as bell's palsy, but i'd get it checked out, especially to r/o 3rd nerve palsy or horner's syndrome.

Numb: Sorry but your question was cut off. Several things come to mind, from pinched nurve in neck to neurologic issues. Might be worth while to consult a neurologist.

Go to doctor asap: Facial numbness can be serious- shingles? Trigeminal neuropathy? Rare infections in meckels cave? Stroke?

I would go to the ER: I would go to the er now.  This could be a stroke or a tia.

Be seen: Focal symptoms of right arm and right face associated with tachycardia are concerning for cerebral vascular event.  Atrial fib would be a possible mechanism.  You should be evaluated. I would let your provider know.

See Dr ASAP: If these are acute issues, go to er now.  You could have a couple things, including possibly a stroke. In that case, a ct could be done first an then an MRI aafter 24 to 48 hours after symptom onset. You should also have MRI of your neck in case a mass is causing pressure causing some of these same issues. Emg will be beneficial later on when serious things are ruled out. Hope all is well.

i got hit on right side of face , earlobe is droopy, thickened skin, numb and floppy . jaw and ear area sore . is this damage permanent ?

More info: When did you get hit? What hit you? Depends on the severity of hit,normally will go after 1 day if not visit a doctor as soon as possible it might be traumatic brain injury.

Call your doctor: You should see your doctor and possibly get a referral for a neurologist. Sometimes a mild stroke or seizure can cause symptoms like the ones you mentioned. You should let your treating provider know if you had a recent head or neck injury. Anxiety attacks can also cause numbness and dizziness but less frequently causes headaches.

Symptoms of IIS: can include blurred vision, diplopia, positional headache, ringing in ears, visual loss. The Diamox (acetazolamide) should help lower the CSF pressure. Let your neurologist know you have these additional symptoms so he can bring you in for another assessment.
