Vitamins : Vitamin b 6 i believe is the most well- known holistic remedy out there in the "vitamin" group. Supplements like acetyl-l-carnithine have been shown to reduce peripheral neuropathy pain and speed up healing of peripheral nerves. Other chinese herbs have also been implicated as beneficial.

Numb hands need: to be evaluated by your doctor.  You MAY have carpal tunnel syndrome or another condition.  Multivitamins are good things but are not a treatment for this.  Get to the root of the issue and please don't treat the symptoms only.  Peace and good health.

Nerve damage: It sounds like a nerve in your upper arm was injured by the needle when you received the injection. This sort of damage usually does go away, but it can sometimes take a long time to heal. A properly given injection should not be done in a way that causes this type of injury.

both big toes partial numbness since 2wks ago when i woke up in the morning. numbness is constant. no discolouration/pain/injuries. was dismissed by dr with vitamin b pills. no tests done. should i seek second opinion? if so, from who?

: If you push off your foot causing a callus on inside of toe you could be compressing the nerve ending . Have seen this.  Cushion insole or custom orthotics.

If a nerve is : Being compressed than i don't think any vitamin is going to help, i think the nerve needs to be relieved of the pressure. If the numbness is related to small nerve fiber disease than perhaps l-methyl folate (folic acid) with b6 and B12 or benfotalimine. However, i would highly doubt you would have small nerve fiber disease in one isolated toe.
