i have a sudden numbness in my lower lip right side from over a month several times a day lasts 2 seconds each time -brain tumor symptom? im 27 help

Need more info: Do you have any other symptoms?  This may be sign of vascular (migraine) headache, and can precede the onset of pain.  Any visual difficulties, changes in sensorium, cognitive function, memory, motor function, etc.?  Brain tumor is a rather precipitous assumption and unlikely, but only a thorough evaluation will tell.  Best wishes for a benign outcome.

: Almost certainly not B12 but easy to test blood B12.  If BP high be certain K is not low. Classic signs of primary aldosteronism.  Go to hyperaldosteronism@groups.io to learn more and ask Dr. for testing if not done yet.

Numb lips: Usual cause is reduced blood flow to the lips, such as exposure to cold (drinking cold beverage), aura of a migraine attack, panic attacks, low blood sugar, or allergic reaction to food such as shell fish. If persists or reoccurs, consult your doctor.

i was outside in the wind and my upper lip went numb it lasted for 3.4 hours and then it stopped when i took a nap and it started to go numb again, is this an early symptom of multiple sclerosis?

: This has nothing to do with Multiple Sclerosis.  Since this is a concern, and you are having lip numbness, see your doctor and get fully examined to uncover the etiology or your symptoms.

Anatomy suggests: A problem in the distribution of the mental nerve, which is a branch of the v-iii division of the trigeminal nerve.  Cause could be of dental origin, but have seen problems over the naso-pharynx present in this fashion.  Would start evaluation with your dentist, but later perhaps ENT if questions remain.

Trauma: is most common cause of circumscribed lip numbness. Infection is probably the second most common cause. Focal neuropathy of a branch of the trigeminal nerve can occur in diabetics and with other rare conditions (polyarteritis nodosa, Pagets disease, amyloidosis , etc) 
If the problem persists see a neurologist. If other symptoms occur or if the numbness spreads go to the ER

Early stroke?!: Because of your age (61), the first concern is whether you are having TIAs, which are temporary small strokes in your brain. This can cause sudden unexplained numbness or weakness in any part of your body.  It can be a sign of a larger stroke to come, so please, see a doctor right away, or go to the emergency room the next time you have this symptom!

Facial numbess: Could be a problem involving the mental branch of the trigeminal nerve (division iii).  Although could be associated with dental issues or localized process, in some cases may be caused by nasopharyngeal problems.  If does not depart in a few weeks, seek your doctor's advice.

i had a mucocele removal yesterday and i still feel numbness in my left sid of the lower lip which  the mucocele was in . is that normal?

Possibly: It depends if the numbness is due to the surgery or the anesthetic injection. See your surgeon for a follow up.
