Need tests: Probably  pressure on the nerves supplying that part of the leg which is numb. See a doctor who can order the tests to make the diagnosis.
 Does not
 have features of stroke.

Numb feeling in leg: He may be developing a possible blood clot in his leg or parasthesias secondary to his diabetes. See a doctor asap.

Possible: It would not be uncommon for pain in your back to be bilateral. Pain in the butock  area and hip is often from low back problem. Disc or some impingement likely.

Vascular or neural: Resrricted blood flow to the muscles due to blockage or narrowing of arteries as well as nerve irritation somewhere in the leg can cause these symptoms. Smoking makes matters worse, especially the vascular.  If symptoms persist,  check wiith your dr.

Yes, yes, yes, yes ;: Yes.  Everything you mentioned are potential side effects of these drugs and more so when if they are combined since we do not know exactly what the full spectrum of interactions are between all of them together.

colonoscopy done no complications no polyps woke up from procedure with severe lower left side back hip pain that goes down my leg. unable to sit, lay flat and walk without leg feeling numb. no pain before ct scan shows no perforation ?

Different source: Your pain may be generated through a different mechanism and further work up is needed. Among others, a possible radicular source, such as sciatica like should be ruled in or out. Your best reference at this point will be your primary doc or GP, who can examine and further coordinate tests and treatment.

Some benign such as tight pants, underwear or sitting too long, others more serious such as Nerve dysfunction or damage caused by diabetes, MS or ALS. If it persists or occurs in various locations with increasing frequency, talk to your Dr for a thorough exam.

You : You may have some impingement of your sciatic nerve. Since you have made an appointment with a medical provider, that would be a good time to address it.  If you were to have sudden loss of bowel or bladder control, that should be seen emergently.

Wrong position?: A person may feel numbness in their legs and feet due to sitting in a position that puts too much pressure on the nerves or reduces blood flow. However, long-lasting or unexplained numbness may be a sign of an underlying medical condition.
Pay attention when you feel the numbness, of you aren't in a position that puts pressure on your legs it may be " feeling cold" .
