2 separate problems.: Hearing loss after a flight can be related to eustachian tube obstruction leading to fluid or even blood in the middle ear.  Very rarely, barotrauma secondary to inability to equalize pressure on descent can lead to a perilymph fistula.  
     Numbness of the cheek, if present, may be related to some dysfunction of the trigeminal nerve and is in no way related to the hearing.  See and ENT doctor.

Headaches &amp; numbness: If you have never had a headache that causes numbness, please go to an ER now, or if your usual migraine treatment does not work.  If it does work and the numbness is not new and resolves with the headache, contact the doc who prescribed the medicine tomorrow about the next step.

in er w/ numb cheek+ arm, pallor. cbc + ekg normal.oximeter showed 99% sat. but venous gas blood o2 saturation low at 0.34 (ref. range 0.5-0.8). why?

Extraction or anemia: The oximeter only shows the amt of oxygen binding of the existing hemoglobin in the ARTERIES. JUST BECAUSE UR SATS R FINE DOESN'T MEAN EVERYTHING IS FINE. This is a common mistake even docs make. In ur case, the VENOUS blood has lower O2 content. It cd mean the body is using up more O2 (more extraction) d/t infx,, vascular probs, smoking, etc. Or u cd be anemic. Less Hgb = lower O2 content. TTYD!

Cant be for so long: Meningitis is not without fever unless it is part of an auto-immune syndrome.
With no fever and with normal white count this is not acute meningitis.
This may be an auto-immune condition.
You need to see a doctor and have lab work done.

U need to see ENT: Sorry to hear, pls consult an ear and nose trout (ENT) doctor.  You may need treatment it could be viral, bacterial infection or it could be inflammation.  Good luck

Health anxiety: If you had not mentioned that you had seen an MD for these symptoms, with BP check and CT, it would be time to go to the ED. However, bc from your question it sounds like you have been medically evaluated, and there is no sign of stroke, It sounds like you may be having a Panic Attack, which can cause anxiety, numbness, weakness, and fear of severe medical illness. A Psych MD can treat you :)

A lot of things: Your symptoms may be related to stress but numbness needs to be fully evaluated as it may be early signs of something serious.  You should see an oral ; maxillofacial surgeon to determine what is going on and make a definitive diagnosis or referral.

Approach: Since you have trigeminal neuralgia, and are on Tegretal which is the classic drug for this condition, you are probably well controlled, but contact your doctor about the newer symptoms just to be safe, and consider checking drug level to make sure it is therapy range.

i have a numb jaw, right cheek & neck & infrequent right hand tremor. chronic ibs, icpbs, fatigue & calf cramps. is it safe waiting months for an mri?

Uncertain: No if you have localizing neurologic symptoms. There could be a neurologic tumor as the cause, and your physicians know this. We have problems with our health system also

Mild nerve injury: The most likely causes are either anxiety itself, which can manifest this way or a mild injury to the facial nerve.  If it is from an injury, the symptom that you have suggests that there is no significant damage to the nerve and that the symptom will diminish and go away entirely, although that may take a few months (at the longest)
