NAFLD and NSAIDS:  Based on the review below ibuprofen has been widely studied and has a low risk (though not zero ) , as does Naprosyn .Celebrex also appears to  have a low incidence of GI side effects.  Side effects appear increased when other medications that affect liver function  are used like Augmentin. PPIs.  Since your LFTs are abnormal f/u /w/ GI/ MD

It can: All nsaids reduce kidney function.If you stay within the recommended daily dose and have normal  kidney function and get tested at your dr's recommended intervals you should be O.K.

NSAIDs: NSAIDs donot damage liver. However, they may damage the kidneys and may cause gastric ulceration.

Not sure.: All of the NSAID's carry approximately the same toxicity when given at equivalent dose.  The major concern is renal and not liver toxicity.

Cannabis use: Cannabis has been used for pain since the Ming Dynasty.  
Some forms are better than others for pain. Some of the aromatic terpenes from cannabis can cause liver issues if taken in in large amounts. Vit A is another terpene (diterpene) that in large amounts  can be quite toxic. Excessive use of Tylenol (acetaminophen) can damage the liver. NSAIDS can cause GI bleeding &amp; kidney problems-inhibition of prostaglandin

i have severe spine disease. i take blood thinners and have a liver disorder. can i safely take low dose tylenol daily for pain? 1,500-2,000 mg. or will this cause issues ? cant take nsaid due to blood thinners. a?

Depends....: Duration of use is important, but you haven't told us the frequency (once a week, once a day) or dose (1 pill a week, 20 a day?), nor have you shared your co-morbidities (particularly underlying liver or kidney diseases) or predisposing factors (alcohol intake, etc.).  Testing is easy to allay your concern--please pursue same through your local doctor.

NSAID with tylenol: The key question is for you to ask why are you taking Tylenol and planning to take NSAID on a regular basis?  Do you work out a lot?  Are you overweight?  Do you have migraines or chronic headaches?  You might consider seeing your GP about this.

Best ask prescriber: NSAIDS and acetaminophen (APAP, paracetamol) can both cause problems for someone with a damaged liver.  Because a specific answer to a specific case would depend on detailed knowledge of medical history/labs/studies/biopsies, this question is best asked of the prescriber of the Depakote, or of the physician treating the hepatitis C.

3 liver transplants. diagnosed w endometriosis & pos via laprascopy. can't take hormones/nsaids/birth control - to harsh on liver. other suggestions?

Leupron: Possibly could take a medicine to decrease estrogen like leupron, although this medicine has side effects like menopause. See your doctor.
