How long it remains in your blood stream I do not know. Might have to take blood and test to know the answer to that. Might be some reports under metabolization of anesthetics.

Perhaps some sense of palpitation..

High doses of Lidocaine absorbed into the blood stream can lead to heart and central nervous system problems.

Epinephrine can cause tachycardia which can lead to heart ischemia or less blood to the heart and cause a heart attack, but usually Epinephrine wears off quickly if given in small doses. If you are experiencing these, please see your physician asap.
