Not likely: To get pregnant the semen has to reach inside the vagina in order for the sperm to travel up to the uterus. So it is unlikely that you will become pregnant if there was no penetration, but it is always a good idea to use condoms to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.

It is generally a complication of certain strains of HPV infection that is transmitted through sexual contact.  Although HPV (human papillomavirus) is very common, only a few strains are believed to be related to cervical cancer.  HPV more commonly cause genital warts.

Clinically, it's most likely just a sebaceous cyst, which may slowly grow in size or may rarely become infected like acne. At times, such bump may be a Skene's cyst if right next to urethral opening or a cyst of Bartholin's gland if at the lower area of introitus.
