Clinically, it's most likely just a sebaceous cyst, which may slowly grow in size or may rarely become infected like acne. At times, such bump may be a Skene's cyst if right next to urethral opening or a cyst of Bartholin's gland if at the lower area of introitus.

Folliculitis: There are a lot of hair follicles in you vaginal area. With a uti you could have gotten infection into that area. This could be giving you your lump. Get it checked out.
