Possible bleeding : Without an examination, we can't say for sure, but it sounds as though these many be tiny hemorrhages from injured blood vessels under the skin. Your doctor can help you with this.

Normal healing: The turning color to yellow is a normal change which means you are healing. Soft tissue bruising is blood in the soft tissues (red or blue). The body clears it up gradually and then it changes color to yellow.

help. what does it mean when "spit like" fluid comes out of nose right after nose injury,while still bleeding ? (took a hit)

This sounds: like normal nasal mucous...the memberane (lining) of your nose contains mucous cells which act to PROTECT the nose and upper airways from damage( including allergens and DRYNESS) This excess "spit" (MUCOUS) is a NORMAL reaction to the "HIT" you sustained!!

I believe it is: quite reassuring that the injury isn't too serious if you have no pain or bruising. I wouldn't worry about the swelling, which is the result of tissue inflammation and destruction, unless it continues to grow or function is significantly impaired: nasal obstruction impairing breathing, throat obstruction, etc. If you don't have pain, I wouldn't take ibuprofen just for swelling. Icing might help.

i had a bad fall onto concrete several years ago and aswell as a nose injury i developed a csf  leak from my nose.
the subsequent cysternogram was unsuccessful in locating the damage and very soon afterwards the leak ceased.
was my skull fractured in yo

CSF Leaks: You probably fractured the thin bone in the roof of the nose called the cribriform plate. Make sure that you have a sinus specialist in case the leak recurs.
