occasionally i get an odd smell in my nose, like burning hair. had sinusitis recently, just finished z-pack. used nasal decongestants, expectorant. recently started on wellbutrin, and i read that phantom smells might be sign of a seizure disorder?

Smells: the most common reason would be a sinus infection. Not a sign of impending seizure.Check with an ENT expert.

could severe chronic head pain be a sign of a neurological disorder?

: Yes. It may be a form of migraine, or an indication of chronic inflammation of the meninges or ever a brain tumor. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

i have twitches is both calves for about 4 month and i m getting  crazy about them. i have had a mri  of head and back without any signs  of disease  had  an emg without  pathologic activities just the fasciculations. is it possible to still have als?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.  Try taking orange juice or other fruit juice in case it is due to electrolyte imbalance. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a neurologist.

No: If you do it in public a lot, you might have a social problem.  Or, you might have a sinus problem, a cold, or allergies.

Deformity or bruise: Nasal fractures may be associated with an obvious deformity of the nose (crooked) or, if the fracture is non-displaced may simply be associated with bruising around one or both eyes. Additionally, there is usually nose bleeding immediately associated with the injury and often nasal airway blockage.

Broken Nose: Swelling, bruising, nose that moves on pushing on the bones, obvious crookedness, bleeding from inside the bones and finally xrays or ct scan can confirm as well.

i see nothing on answers as to nose turning blue or purple on rosacea. is this not one of the signs of rosacea? thank you!

Yes: Your nose may develop enlarge blood vessels from rosacea. The colors may vary from pink 2 red to purple.

Birth mark?: or skin pigmentation may be difficult to remove without surgery or laser, both these will be unnecessary and extreme measures

Symptoms are:: Such things as nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, nose bleeds, headache, facial pain.  If more advanced there can be facial swelling or invasion of nerves resulting in neuropathy with numbness or weakness in the face or muscles of the face.  Some of these symptoms occur with sinusitis however and patients may go back and forth on antibiotics till doctors determine there is a mass inside.
