See Dermatologist: See a skin specialist and try NOT to pop them at this time.  Get diagnosed and treated by Doc, that way you will not have the potential of causing any small scars form popping them too often etc.  Good luck.

Many things. : Something perceived for only 5 days could be a transient lesion like a blemish. Cysts can occasionally occur as well. Small pieces if cartilage left over from the original surgery may become palpable after several months. If she is concerned she should see her surgeon.

Bump: One possibility would be that your bump is a swollen nasolacrimal duct can be associated with the frequent yawning and open mouth. This changes pressure in your nasal passage way and can air to the structure.

Antiviral treatment: There is 'one level higher' in terms of antiviral treatment for shingles -&amp; that's intravenous acyclovir. It's heavy duty stuff and you would need to go to the ER to get that going. The real question is though, is that 'bump' at all related to shingles Y/N. Given that this can be serious - affecting the face and possibly the eye, I think you should get it seen today. If there's an ID doc, ask 'em

Well if it comes and: goes, how are you sure it is not a pimple? It could be a precancer or fibrous papule. Best to see a dermatologist for diagnosis and possilbe treatment. Hope that helps

Scab: If all the redness has subsided and there is no longer active inflammation, nature will eventually remove the scab. I don't recommend your removing as it is a protective structure. However if there are signs of continuing skin infection such as redness tenderness, pus drainage, you must seek medical attention by a physician as infections in this area of the face require proper and prompt treatment
