Depends: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, chronic myeloid leukemia would explain these features. It would be prudent to discuss the matter with your doctor.

Yes: The swollen lymph nodes may be from a localized response to an immune challenge and thus the WBC may well be normal.

: One half inch is well within the normal range of a normal lymph node at rest. They are often felt easily in the neck where they are not buried in muscle or fat layers.

It would be very: Unlikely to have leukemia without changes in your complete blood counts (cbc).

Get it checked: While having an enlarged lymph node without other symptoms is not entirely uncommon, it is hard to say whether your case is benign or caused by something else without getting a full history and performing an exam on you. This would include recent history of illness, insect or animal bites, recent vaccinations, and an examination for other enlarged nodes or signs of infection. See your doc!

Possible tumor: Swollen lymph node in groin should not be present. With tumor or infection there is always a source that can be noted.  Perianal lesions to low pelvic growths to mid thigh pathology result in lesion in groin.  Lymphomas arise de-novo in gland and as such if lesion enlarges or more than one appear,, surgeon should evaluate for bx.

i'm almost 25 years old. is it normal to have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck at this age or should it be examined?

Depends: If it is small mobile node, you may watch and wait. Check it about once every two weeks. If it grows in size, becomes stuck to surrounding tissue and less mobile, or if other nodes become palpable, it would be time to consult a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

got a swollen lymph node in armpit, it isn't swollen anymore but still hurts.is this normal?

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.
