Detailed history and skeletal bone survey for any other fractures is warranted. Spiral fractures can occur in accidental, unintentional trauma.

Constipation?: I'm assuming that you mean glycerin suppositories for constipation.  Every once in a while these are ok to give.  If you are giving one every few days you should try and figure out how to relieve the constipation.  Likely you have started some solids by now.  Consider giving a small amount of undiluted fruit juice 2-4 oz or a smushed up fresh fruit. Just stay away from bananas.

Unlikely!: Nystagmus  is unlikely to be caused by  ranitidine. It could be congenital meaning present since birth or acquired later due to several causes. He needs to be seen by a pediatric optjomologist  and may be a pediatric neurologist also. You have to rule out vision problem and neurological problems.

Yes it is..: Flu vaccination is indeed recommended for virtually everyone age 6-months and older, ulness specific contraindication such as severe egg allergies. Like all meds/injections, they carry risk, but the risk from flu vaccine is small--injection site soreness, mild flu-like symptoms etc...But the benefit is significant: it saves many lives yearly. No: A "cold" is an infection by certain viruses that cause "cold symptoms". Air conditioners, heaters, humidifiers, cold air, warm air, cold rooms, etc... Do  not cause colds. However, quick changes in air temperature and air quality can lead to sniffles, sneezing, coughing, and a runny nose, but usually only briefly... And so may fool a person into thinking the air changes are causing a cold.

URI: Coughing while sleeping is very common in infants.  The nasal secretions drip to the back of the throat, causing a cough.  As long as there is no persistent difficulty breathing your child should be fine.  No over-the-counter medications are recommended for this.  You can try to use a bulb suction and nasal saline prior to feeds if your child begins to eat less.

i have a 6 month old baby boy he has a very hot head at times and sweats a lot. is it normal to have a very hot head?

Probably ok: This is probably ok. It is summertime and hot in most areas of the US now. Be sure and dress him lightly, just a onsie. Check for temperature with a rectal thermometer, if it is over 99.4 undress him completely and recheck it.  Sometimes babies just get a bit warm.  Anything above 100.4 and you need to let your pediatrician know.
