The fact that the assay could not even detect even 1 unit implies that you have no functioning placenta growing - i.e. no pregnancy!

Wait: Hcg is not detectable reliably until around 10-12 days after ovulation, so wait a bit longer. There's craziness all over the internet about detecting HCG early, it's wrong.

Need to repeat: Had you been pregnant with a healthy embryo, HCG level would have increased two fold over two days. It would be prudent to repeat the HCG levels. If you get abdominal pain, go to the emergency room of a hospital to rule out ectopic pregnancy.

Generally: If it is a normal preg the beta HCG should double every 3 days and you should have a normal progesterone, whenever I am following the beta i also get a Progesterone level.

Measured HCG: A qualitative pregnancy test tells you either yes or no.  It can be by blood or urine.
A quantitative HCG measures the exact amount of the pregnancy hormone that is present in the blood test and is useful in a few ways.
A number that doubles every 48 hours means a normal pregnancy - less may mean a tubal pregnancy.
The value may also give an indication of how far along a pregnancy is.
