: ASCUS need not lead to cancer. It is imperative that you have repeat PAP smears, as advised by your doctor.
Get HPV vaccine to protect yourself against other strains of the virus.

Menopause? : Do you still have your periods? Have you been diagnosesd with anxiety attacks or depression in the past? A more in depth history and physical need to be done. Another possibility is hyperthyroid state. You still need to see a primary care doctor.

No: Most women do clear their HPV infection. Do keep getting PAP smears as advised by your doctor. Rimming is not increasing you risk of anal cancer over what you have otherwise.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Normal: It is exactly what your doctor said - normal. To say another way, not pathology was found on review of slide. Understand however that any test result is retrospective, not prospective. Normal pap today is not guarantee of normal result tomorrow. Thus, the same way as your check your car, check periodically yourself to avoid big problems and assure your health.

HPV : It means that you do not have any precancerous cells or precancerous changes in your cervix but the hpv virus is present. Hpv is so common and routine testing with a pap is not usually recommended until after age 30. Most young women will simply clear the virus on their own without treatment.

What other tests?: Besides a Pap Smear did you have any other tests? The Pap is a screening test for cervical cancer and it is not intended to test other issues that you might be having. If symptoms started after you had your last GYN exam and no other labs besides the Pap go back to your GYN provider for evaluation. I would also suggest to have a pregnancy test if sexually active,
