i am referred to an ent due to long term swollen lymph node.. ct done, bloods normal.. i have now found another one on other side of neck? worry?

Biopsy?: No need to worry yet. Just return and see if your ENT thinks a biopsy is indicated to rule out Hodgkin's lymphoma which can happen after mononucleosis sometimes. Fortunately, that is usually treatable, even curable. Please do make sure your hiv test is done and negative, though.

4 mos ago i 1st felt a sml swollen lymph node (submandibular) & an even smaller one directly adjacent to it. they're moveable, blood tests ok, worry?

Probably not: However, it is reasonable to see your doctor.  This way he/she can see how they feel now and recheck later to assess stability.

five months ago i noticed a pea-size lump behind my right ear. the doctor said it was a swollen lymph node. the blood test was good. i was told it will go away by itself in 3 months! i still have it (same size, move around, no pain). what is it?

Lymph node: You can watch and wait. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

i'm almost 25 years old. is it normal to have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck at this age or should it be examined?

Depends: If it is small mobile node, you may watch and wait. Check it about once every two weeks. If it grows in size, becomes stuck to surrounding tissue and less mobile, or if other nodes become palpable, it would be time to consult a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i've had a marble sized swollen lymph node on the back of my neck that can be  felt when i look left.  is it normal for them to stay swollen that long?

? Swollen nose??: You state that you have a swollen lymph node in neck. You don't state for how long, if painful, if hard, if it is growing in size or number, if you have any associated symptoms or signs, if you have raised these concerns with your doc, and what if any his response has been? Once you know, get back with a more targeted question.

U/S findings: The ultrasound report will usually include image(s) and a description. For a typical non-specific enlarged lymph node, the appearance is uniform and unremarkable, so may not be described unless it is unusual or abnormal.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

A couple of weeks: When a lymph node get swollen it is most of the time related to an infectious process. It is the way your body fights infection, so they usually should go away after the illness resolves anywhere between a few days to a couple of weeks or so.
