Preventive Meds: If your headaches are frequent (more than once or twice a wee) you need to consider being on a preventive medication. Although the headaches may not be completely eliminated, they should go down in intensity and how often you have them. You need to see a doct who is interested in treating and preventing headaches. This could be a family doctor or internist, pain specialist or a neurologist.

Not usual for disk: With the muscular atrophy and neuritis, it might be best to undergo further testing.
There are many possible causes, including diabetes, autoimmune, endocrine, to mention a few.
At your age, a complete workup is indicated.

None: I would not recommend any further medication, since the chance for adverse drug interactions is high. You are are already taking  several medications that act on the serotonin system and may result in adverse interaction.

Wow! That's a lot: Talk with your doctor about the need for so many psychotropics - the only big interactions are amongst them. The most striking is the Buspar (buspirone) ; trazodone - they can raise the risk of serotonin syndrome when combined.  The atenolol may also duplicate the trazodone effects. Ask if the calcium ; vit d are not counteracting the atenolol. Less may be more in your case!

FOR WHAT?: Pamelor (nortriptyline) is from the tricyclic antidepressant class of medications. It can also be used for anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and migraine prophylaxis. The dose of 10mg is extremely low and is either just to get you started or else it is being used for something other than depression like for pain or insomnia in which case the low dose is appropriate.

If by doctor's order: If you're taking these medications on doctor's order then, I cannot tell you NOT to take either one of them or any of them.  But if what you're asking is whether or not it's SAFE to take ADDERALL (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) with all the other medications or whether or not it's really NECESSARY for to take ADDERALL (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) given the rest of the drugs you're taking then, that discussion should really be with your prescribing doctor.

Yes, for some.: It is generally thought that  antidepressants are equally effective in treating depression. Pamelor or nortriptyline, is a tricyclic antidepressants thought to have a "therapeutic window". This refers to a range of blood levels below and above which the medication is not thought as effective. However,  the studies were done in inpatient settings and may not relate to   outpatient settings.
