: CT scan is a good test to evaluate any suspicious nodule in the lung.
It will show any such a lesion in a much better detail as compared to a Chest X-ray.
Most such nodules are scar tissue left behind from past lung infection. Therefore they tend to be benign.
There is a remote chance that a nodule turns out to be due to early tumor in the lung. So it is important to stay on top of this situation

Not diagnostic: Non specific means there are no features found that would suggest a diagnosis. It basically says they are there and that size. Any further assessment must depend on clinical correlation by the treating physician. The study does not suggest lymphoma or list it as a diagnosis to consider. That is determined by the doc who has the history &amp; exam findings.

The axillary "tail": generally refers to breast tissue which extends into the armpit. The 8 m lymph node is VERY SMALL probably smaller than can be felt.  The findings are not generally serious and sound "within normal limits"

These are: Descriptive terms used by the radiologist to describe anatomy. By themselves, they have little meaning. Your doctor will be able to correlate the findings on ct with your history, physical, and any lab tests and help to decide whether any (or all) of the ct findings are significant.

Uncommon: Ovarian cancer typically does not go to lymph nodes except in a minority of patients where pelvic and para-aortic nodes can be affected. On rare occasions inguinal lymph nodes can be the site of ovarian cancer metastasis.

Infection, growth...: Lymph nodes respond to infection, cancer and irritation nearby. Get it checked by a doctor and then followup with them at an interval they recommend. It could be just a benign enlargement that you never find a reason for.

is it normal for lymph nodes to swell on both sides of the neck? i dont feel sick and they dont hurt. its just a fullness feeling.
