Get it looked at: There are a few characteristics that make a skin lesions concerning. One of them is change over time. The easy to remember mnemonic is ABCDE: asymmetry, border (irregular), color, diameter &gt; 6 mm, evolution (over time). Any skin lesion that is changing over time should be evaluated. Skin cancers are relatively easy to spot and there really is not down side to getting it looked at.

my inr level increased, but i haven't changed my diet. it was supposed to remain 2.0-3.0. today, it was 3.2. my leg began to hurt is this the cause?

Not the cause.: Don't think the pain in your keg caused your inr to go up to 3.2. The inr typically fluctuates when you take warfarin (coumadin). 3.2 isn't bad, with small adjustments it should back to within range.

i've had one pink "hive" come up on my leg.  it's round and it changes in size and color through out the day. it sometimes has a whiter area in the middle. it doesn't itch/hurt. it just popped up. ?

See a doctor: Without the ability to examine this impossible to diagnose, but at this time of year tick-borne diseases are prevalent and lyme disease is one of several possibilities.  Go and see somebody soon.  The quicker the diagnosis and treatment the better the outcome.

i have excised for years, but my legs are not firm. what can i do to change that?

Exercise: Start an aerobic exercise program slowly. Even walking down the street for 5 minutes and returning is a beginning. Increase the time every third day until you reach 30 minutes. Your legs will likely increase in firmness as you are doing weight bearing exercise. Add half squats with low weight and if you go to a gym add leg presses. Lunges and half squats can help significantly. Best wishes.

Gangrene: Gangrene requiring amputation of part of the leg occurs when there is total loss of blood flow to tissue caused by blockage in a portion of a leg artery. The blockage may occur in small branches of the tibial artery, popliteal artery or higher up in the large femoral arteries or iliac arteries. The higher up in the leg that blockage occurs, the more extensive is the damage.

Many things: At your age lumbar disc issues are less likely but you could have some congenital problem now showing up.
Also consider neurologic disease such as multiple sclerosis.
If you have further symptoms or it gets worse, go see your doctor.  You need a physical exam.

my question is why do i get taller when im suppose to not grow anymore i dont understand i feel like my legs are getting longer and i notice a change in height i read all things said yu cant grow at 29 but i still get bigger?

Thought issue: If you are getting taller at 29 you may have a worrisome defect that could be life threatening so a consultation with your doc is a must. If your docs evaluation finds you are not taller, you need to explore why the perception is present. Our brains can allow us to believe many things that may not be true.

If it: Is down by your ankles and you have had trouble with swelling then the color is from the swelling where the blood has trouble returning back to your heart and pooled there . The pigment from the blood stains your legs that color. If you are turning brown all over for no apparent reason like tanning from the sun you should have an evaluation

More details: In the medical community food intolerance is not very specific. Are there specific foods you are having issues with? The symptoms you are describing of temperature change would be hard to tie to foods.
