i have a non-itchy rash on my earlobe, nowhere else. my cats recently got fleas, could that have caused it? if not, then what?

Swimmers ear: It is possible to get flea bites but they are usually itchy. If you have been swimming lately, you may have an otitis external or swimmers ear. Make sure you dry your ear well after a shower, bath, or swimming. If is painful, red, or has a discharge see a doctor. You may need antibiotics and some ear drops for the discomfort.

Could be anything: This could be almost anything.  Need to know more details about it's appearance, texture, borders, medications etc and any associated conditions.  In short you need to see a doctor if you want a decent chance for an accurate diagnosis.

Perioral dermatitis: Perioral dermatitis vs Ezcema. Excema would be treated with moisturizer and topical steroids, for perioral dermatitis, these are not helpful and would worsen the condition. Sounds most like perioral dermatitis. Things to try: reduce products, they clog and worsen the condition. Regularly cleanse. Try to touch your face less often. If no better, see a Dermatologist, or a doctor with expertise.

Rashes: Most allergic rashes are itchy however, not all itchy rashes are allergic. A good example is scabies that is cause by an arthroppod (insect) that tunnels beneath the skin. Ask your primary care provider to evaluate the rash first, seek a dermatologists opinion if the pcp can not determine the cause.

See dermatologist: If this happens when you are in the countryside , you are likely allergic to something outdoors or even to the sun. 
I would suggest that you consult a dermatologist to find out the cause. Certainly poison oak/poison ivy is a factor to be considered especially since its resin on contaminated articles may remain potent for months.

i have an itchy rash on my chest, it keeps spreading to shoulders and breast. i usually use fluticasone propionate 0.005% ointment for rashes but it doesn't help in this case. also, i moved from eu to the us a year ago. please help.

Need to be seen: start with your doctor, who may refer you to a dermatologist, it could very well be a fungal infection. Kindly don't use a strong steroid, prescription strength, medication as fluticasone  ointment  without doctor's supervision, best wishes
