Yes: As a follow-up to your previous question and my response, topical steroids come in different strengths and potencies. 0.5% Hydrocortisone is considered a weakly potent topical steroid (class 7) and 0.5% a low strength and available otc. Should apply a thin layer to affected area(s) 2-3x/day. More potent steroids (classes 1-6) require prescriptions and more limited use.

More observation.: This area is common to have skin cysts.  This could be the early sing of some rectal problem.  You need to follow up with your PCP for treatment.

So, collect the onset, duration, and progress of the symptoms with their detailed sequence of event, and bring those to doc for review, analysis, more hx, physicals, tests...

Jockey underpants: Tight underwear provide nice support for Ur scrotum &amp; should be used if you experience discomfort, or pulling sensation with boxers. So would likely be preferable 4U. You may have a pendulous (hanging) scrotum, which is a normal variant &amp;/or could be traumatizing your scrotum when U masturbate. Try to avoid your hand hitting scrotum when U masturbate.

Nothing: Well, first of all treat the reason why there is bleeding in scrotum. Rest may be adequate for most cases, but in severe cases blood can be drained surgically to relieve pressure.

Sounds like a fungus: They can have a pretty strong odor. Dry warm air, like blow dryer, to the skin there for several minutes at least 2 times a day help prevent the small spores for germinating each day. Topical anti-fungal cream, like Lamisil, (terbinafine) applied after drying. This fungus likes warm moist places. Blow dry throughly and use fungal medication. Good luck. Let me know if doesnt clear.

Will not help: only way is removal  ( surgery )  simple low risk  out patient procedure If they are not bothering you ( not infected )  you can leave them alone speak to your doctor
