Probably normal: Probably normal. Most likely you're significantly overweight and have a family history of diabetes. You have a large Insulin response to eating, which drops your sugar back toward normal and causes symptoms. It won't however, ever drop your sugar below normal or be dangerous. The fix is losing weight to eliminate the need for your body to make large amounts of Insulin or drop your sugar quickly.
