Sleep apnea: You should be checked for sleep apnea (this will require a sleep study) .The creak in your neck is skeletal and unrelated to your BP or heart.

6 MONTH OLD CONGESTE: This seel like more of a nasal congestion and  noises in the back can be conducted sound from throat and nose.As long as baby is not wheezing or having difficulty in breathing or feeding problem, all you can do is use saline drops and gentle suction with a bulb syringe following that.

Tricky: cannot say in your particular case without being there. And, there is a division between clicking that is constant (heart/vessels) or intermittant (bones/joints including those in the neck and those in the middle ear).

Joint inflammation: There are several cervical facets or neck joints. In fact there are 2 at each level with 7 levels giving you a total of 14 joints.  Over time these joints can "wear out" leading to degeneration and inflammation of the joint.  When a joint becomes inflammed it often swells due to increased synovial fluid. When this fluid is forced out of the joint it is common to feel and/or hear a "pop".

i was yawning really big and the back of my throat hurt - like it was being pulled too tight, then i yawned again and i heard a small popping type of noise in the back of my neck. is it possible i hurt anything? i dont feel pain now?

Doubtful: Yarning can cause the Eustachian tube to open and possibility could be source of pop. Pain is a good indicator that you did something that isn't too good.

Back pain: Some things you can try at home for back pain include a warm shower with the water aimed at your back, a heating pad (insure that you don’t get burned), stretching &amp; Tylenol or NSAID’s. If your pain is severe or chronic, a medical evaluation would be prudent. Acupuncture &amp; massage can be beneficial for some types of back pain.

Many causes: Back pain can have many causes. If it is severe, if you have fever or loss of control of bowel or bladder then you should be seen by a doctor immediately. If it is not, then try warm soaks, medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen and gentle stretches. If it is not resolving then you may need to see your doctor or a physical therapist. Acupuncture or chiropractic care may help.
