Incidentaloma: This was undoubtedly found on a ct or MRI that was done for some other reason.  These incidentally discovered "incidentalomas" are usually benign lumps and of no significance. There are 2 questions your doctor will want to ask: 1. Is the nodule secreting any hormones, like adrenaline, cortisol, etc;  and 2. Is the nodule growing, which would raise a suspicion for cancer.

i am 70 years old and 2 years ago a mri scan "incidentally" detected a benign nodule on my thyroid gland. my tsh has fallen from 2.63 miu/l in november 2007, to 2.09 in may 2017, to 1.71 in february 2019, to 1.49 in nov 2021. should i be concerned?

: A scan cannot say if your nodule is cancer or not,  Discuss with your Dr down under. They will know normal values.The Dr who ordered tests would be best one to start with.

DEPEND ON BLOOD WORK: the CT scan showing adrenal mass 9 mm, most likely benign with this size, and this kind of resolution.
the major question, specially with a history of hypertension, and headache, if you are having a functional tumor, like hormone producing tumor or not, like pheochromocytoma.
the only way to know that is by blood test.

Endocrine consult: This finding and your symptoms could represent a Pheochromoctroma which should be removed if present. There are blood test that would suggest the likelihood of this problem. It is important that this be worked up. Seek endocrinology consultation.

i have 9mm nodule on my right adrenal gland. i also had a mibg scan done, what to do?

Ask your doctor: Disposition depends on clinical symptoms and results of tests. Mibg scan shows functioning tumors such as pheochromocytoma .Symptoms of pheo include headache, sweating, palpitations, elevated blood pressure, anxiety.Nodule usually needs characterization by mri. Adrenocortical carcinoma can produce hormones with virilization and feminization.Some asymptomatic nodules followed such as benign adenoma.

Thyroid nodules: A very small percentage of thyroid nodules can be cancer.  That is why your doctor will examine them with ultrasound and perform needle aspiration biopsy on them.   If the nodule is suspicious appearing, it may need to be surgically removed.  However, most are harmless.  You may need to see an endocrinologist.

Parotid: Statistically it is most likely a pleomorphic adenoma. Verify with fine needle aspiration cytology which is not definitive and will need at least a superficial parotidectomy.

Several: stone and inflammation, adenoma being tumor, malignant tumor.
