Need for evaluation: It is very unlikely that you have hiv. The more likely stds you could have picked up are herpes and hpv. Next time you see your doctor discuss the need for evaluation.

Peace "piece"of mind: If you have been sexually active in the past and the STD status of the two  women is unknown., obtaining STD testing on your behalf will provide answers and peace of mind. Ethically, it is always a good idea to have a general discussion with a new sexual partner of any untoward sexual issues PRIOR to engaging sexually. A negative STD test in that discussion is a "bonus" to a new female partner.

: This doesn't sound like a bacterial infection. If not, Neosporin or other antibiotic ointment won't help. Best to leave it alone and see a health care provider in person if the problem continues, or ASAP if it worsens. Good luck.

HIV and syphilis require blood testing, and the immune antibody response may take weeks to be positive.  Herpes I and II are usually apparent within a week with symptoms. See your gyn provider for testing.

: The lesions you describe are likely not related to sexual exposure.Try a moisturizer with Lactic acid 12% daily.It may soften the bumps that, from the description, might be Keratosis pilaris associated with a tendency to have eczema. The safest protection from STD's &amp;HIV is abstinence.The 2nd way is safe sex.Be sure to practice every step of safe sex, not only get tested.If at risk,go to the Doc.

STD: Any time you have unprotected sex, it is possible to get an std. Condoms make it less likely but are not perfect. You can visit or doctor or local health clinic to get tested. Some stds cause symptoms such as penile discharge or burning on urination but others  - such as HIV - may not cause symptoms for a long time.
