Yes: Urine pregnancy tests are very accurate.I would also suggest talking with your health provider about contraceptive,that would have dual purpose of regulation of period and contraception.

: If pregnancy is out of the question you're most likely dealing with causes such or hormonal factors caused by stress or an anovulatory cycle( no egg). Your gynecologist can advise you further.

See you physician: Home tests are good, but serum or blood tests can give even more information. There are any number of other things that can cause nausea as well, so a visit to your primary Doc can help sort that out.

Lack of ovulation: Most likely you did not ovulate and that explains why you did not get your period. Or you could have ovulated 2 weeks late and the periods is about to come now.

Late periods: It's hard to say why it happens, but sometimes we are just late for our period. Even if it's never happened to you before, it could be happening now. Things like  medications, stress, travel, changes in your weight, can all cause a late period. If you are more than a month late, i would see your gyn doc for a check up. S/he might order some hormone blood tests and maybe an ultrasound.

Time or lab: The hpt depends on the specific hormone being present in the urine. This in turn depends on how much hormone is in the blood and how well [or not well] the kidneys are filtering. A negative is not reliable. There are women 2 mos pregnant with negative hpt. A blood test, hcg, is completely reliable but needs ordered by your doc.

Yes: It means that something else is causing your lack of periods.  Most likely, you are missing cycles becasue of anovulation.  This is when the ovary does not let loose an egg.  This disrupts hormone levels.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to know how swollen your breasts are, if both the swollen are these equally swollen. If you had sex since your last period and missed a period. you may wish repeat the pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex if you have sex, . 
Get HPV vaccine.

Very unlikely.: Morning after pill is not perfect, but the chances are slim, especially in light of a negative pregnancy test. If you're worried because you're period is late, keep in mind that the pill can cause menstrual irregularity. Speak with your doctor about this and the two of you can go over other forms of birth control that you can try. Good luck!
