Error?: The radiologist may not have been given information that your gallbladder was removed 40 years ago & the ultrasound is seeing the surgical scarring. Ask your doctor who ordered the ultrasound to review your history with the radiologist. Atrophy of the pancreas is common & normal as we age. There are many causes of nausea & ultrasound is likely normal for you.

i have vaginal bleeding. i did hysterectomy and ovariectomy. i take hrt . the swab is negative. no athrophy. could it be an hormonal disbalance?

Side effect: Vaginal bleeding is a side effect of hrt if part of the uterus was left in place.  Young women typically need to have higher doses of hormone as in birth control pills.  If this is not the issue d/w your doctor what other causes could be.

why was the cat scan oedered, was the pregnancy normal, was it a premature birth, was there lack of oxygen during or post delivery
only your doctor can answer that question, what caused the abnormal cat scan.

Muscle or bone: Chronic back discomfort on motion usually comes from musculoskeletal structures(spine or muscles of the back). Xrays of the spine would diagnose arthritis which may be the cause of the discomfort.

how do i know if i have an testicular athropy? i had a testicular torsion surgery 4,5 weeks ago and my right testicle looks normal but my left that had the torsion feels normal when i put 2 fingers to check the size but the scrotum looks highand off?

: If the torsion was corrected within a few hours and the testicle looked "viable' at surgery to the Urologist you should be fine. It takes several months for atrophy to manifest as shrinking in size of the testicle. Do not keep feeling the area. It will normalize in a few weeks.
