Good for you: "No acute process" means nothing was seen to suggest an active disease. Presumably any "significant" chronic process would be described in the report.  Sometimes we radiologists shy away from just using the term "normal"  so we don't have to explain it if we end up in court.

Are you symptomatic?: Lung hyperexpansion can be a sign of obstructive pulmonary disease (copd), asthma or just artifactual appearance on radiograph. If you are experiencing shortness of breath (and no other symptoms like chest pain), the best way to know whether you have something that causes truly hyperinflated lungs is to do a lung function test. If your lung function is abnormal, you should see a pulmonologist.

Could be : a benign polyp that calcified. Hysteroscopy and biopsy of the lesion could be helpful.  Probably not the reason for the pain. Endometriosis is a possible cause of your pain.

Psychosis: Schizophrenia can present a number of different ways. One is psychosocial withdrawal, lack of motivation, a distant look in the eyes, a near confusional appearance, lack of attending to hygiene and appropriate clothing. A definite change in personality is noted. If paranoia's present the person may have auditory hallucinations that talk at the inside their head or have a running dialogue going on about their behavior inside their mind. They may feel that people can magically read their minds.They may also feel that their thoughts are being broadcast out to other people, that their thoughts can be heard a loud outside their minds, and that they can magically put thoughts into the minds of others or the others may magically steal thoughts from their minds.They may exhibit a lack of motivation.Bizarre rituals may also be noted. Vocational, educational, and relational abilities are frequently harmed to a great degree.

: tiny chronic infarcts. infarct is ischemic injury meaning when blood supply to an organ or tissue is interrupted it results in dead tissue. in this case infarct is in cerebellum which is  part of the brain primarily involved in balance and co-ordination. symptoms could be due to this but not necessarily. This warrants further workup. I suggest seeing a neurologist and having your carotids check.
