See below.: There is no normal for this completly bogus treatment.  It may even be potentially toxic depending upon dose. All peroxides are very potent oxidizing agents and are not for ingestion. There is no such thing as being too acid in a walking talking individual and you do not need to be de-acidified. Save your money and your health.

is removal of atrophied testicle in infants is standard clinical procedure? or just recommended. what if we don't remove, are there any cases where atrophied testicle is de-torsed and in future it might just get normal?

Accepted Answer

Yes: It is the standard procedure, it is always important to remove a part of the body that is no longer viable. There are no cases of an organ that is already atrophied to suddenly untwist and be normal once the atrophy has occurred. Atrophy means that there was not enough blood supply to keep the organ alive.I hope this helps.

Complete eval needed: Would want to rule out any cardiac rhythm concerns as well as any neurologic concerns . Some people have a very sensitive autonomic nervous system . So it is worth a careful evaluation by those specialists . PCP should be able to refer and coordinate. best Wishes

hello i had a cortisone shot in my wrist on september 26th. i was diagnosed with de quervain tendonitis. today is the sixth day since i had the injection. i would like to know how long will take to be pain free and when can i can i return to normal a?

Varies : You should have a good idea whether or not the cortisone shot is going to work by 2-5 days.  So if it is the sixth day after the shot and you are still hurting, you may need to look for other options.

Any symptoms?: A WBC count of 11 is within normal limits. If you do not have any symptoms, there is no need to worry. It may be your normal. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: Not infrequently, in females with no prior obstetric history, a clot may obstruct the cervical canal, temporarily blocking the continued menstrual bleeding.  After the clot dissolves, some bleeding will again occur.

Small septated cyst: Cysts that small are frequently part of normal ovulation.    A cyst is simply a fluid filled sac on the ovary.  A septated cyst means that there is a tissue wall dividing the cyst into at least two parts.  A small septated cyst can still be normal but sometimes the ultrasound is repeated to make sure that it goes away as most do.   The other things mentioned are normal. Best Wishes!
