What causes menstrual bleeding to stop en 1 day, it was a normal flow with pelvic pain dizziness, sweat and clots and then the bleeding stoped, should i be worried ?

Not infrequently, in females with no prior obstetric history, a clot may obstruct the cervical canal, temporarily blocking the continued menstrual bleeding. After the clot dissolves, some bleeding will again occur.
