i get this nipple crust and i can pick it out but it hurts. i've never had any kids and i've had this for as long as i can remember. is it normal?

Crust: This appears to be a contact rash that may worsen with sweating. For the crusting, you can apply hydrocortisone 1% local 2x/d for itching and redness.
At night, you can apply neosporin ointment to lubricate and keep from crusting. If it worsens. contact Derm MD through healthtap.

Get medical check.: Reasons for nipple discharge can include stimulation of the breast, pregnancy, medications, galactorrhea (secretion of milk or similar substance), an abscess or other breast infection, hormonal imbalances (like hypothyroidism), fibrocystic breasts (breasts are very fibrous), blocked mammary duct, breast cancer and intraductal papilloma (non cancerous mass), use of marijuana, anise and fennel.

Might be allergic to: Crusting means ongoing irritation or inflammation. You might be allergic to the piercing material? What kind of metal is it?

SEE A DOCTOR: unless you are breast feeding, nipple discharge is not normal at any age.
please see a doctor for possible evaluation and treatment.

Nipple discharge. : This can be a result of a milk-like discharge from the breast. You should first see a doctor in person for an opinion.  This can be from a hormone problem or a side effect of medication. You may need your prolactin level checked.

i'm 17.since up to 4 years, i have on my nipples a yellowish spot that it's a bit crusty and it's flaking. the condition is stable should i worry?

Get checked: See your primary care provider or GYN as soon as possible to receive proper evaluation and/or treatment. Proper exam is needed to determine the nature of the spot on your nipple.

Breast exam..: Any new rashes or lesions on breasts deserve an exam. You need to make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible for examination and diagnosis. It could be something simple but we certainly  would not like to miss something more serious.

Eczema?: Does your daughter have eczema?  That is my first thought.  I recommend having her pediatrician take a look at it for diagnosis.
