Crust: This appears to be a contact rash that may worsen with sweating. For the crusting, you can apply hydrocortisone 1% local 2x/d for itching and redness. At night, you can apply neosporin ointment to lubricate and keep from crusting. If it worsens. contact Derm MD through healthtap.
