Ideas: A picture is worth a thousand words when it comes to skin problems.  But a common skin problem on the breast, especially on the underside, is a yeast infection.  You can try some anti-fungal OTC cream (ask your pharmacist) and see if that cures.  If it doesn't then maybe consider making appt with your health care provider to appropriately diagnose.

Eczema: It may be eczema, try topical vaseline 2-3 times a day, if it does not resolve, show it to your doctor, to make sure it is nothing else.

No, if GYN exam neg.: You need to see your GYN for A breast exam and evaluation. Early diagnosis of Paget's disease is extremely important. An itchy rash could: be a yeast or fungal infection. One look is worth a 1000 words and you can probably find a better answer if a knowledgable doctor inspects the area with his own two eyes.

: The sudden onset is characteristic of a blocked duct in that breast. These often resolve on their own. If there's a painful tender lump and spreading redness it should be examined by your physician, gynecologist or a breast surgeon.

Dermatitis: Dermatitis is an allergic response by your skin to anything irritating. It could be something you ate, something new you used near your skin or a response to an environmental allergen such as a pet or pesticide. Use an oral Antihistamine for itch relief and antiinflammatory effect.

Could be eczema: It sounds like eczema.  Try an otc steroid cream twice a day for 1-2 weeks.  If persistent, see your dermatologist.

Sore rash: Whan you stop the prescribed medication you must continue to use a moisturizing cream. any dryness can bring on a rash. Try to use a pure moisturizing cream; ask the pharmacist to recommend for breast/nipple use.

Dry skin: Here in the midwest,  the weather plays a huge role; use lots of moisturizer. Lanolin on your nipples helps.
