See a physician: Go see a physician.  Dry mouth and the need to drink a lot of water and frequent urination are 2 usual symptoms of diabetes.  However you need to be checked to be sure.

No: Epididymal cysts can occasionally cause pain or discomfort but would not likely be responsible for the other symptoms you are describing.  A physician should evaluate to see what the underlying cause may be.

i have frequent urination at night every two hours. my urine is clear not cloudy. i don't drink sodas anymore or eat sweets. my knee is swollen and painful. i wake up very thirsty with dry mouth. and my skin hurts its hurts to touch?

: Suggest a visit to a uro-gynecologist, but also include a urinalysis and culture.  Have your knee evaluated by orthopedic surgeon, who might also assess  possible fibromyalgia, or poly myalgia rheumatica.  Do get screened for possible pre-diabetes. Do you drink energy drinks ,sodas, pops, beer or other alcoholic beverages.
You are typical dehydration case
Most of us specially teen never drink water and they consumes energy drink and sodas that make them more dehydrated .it act like diuretic ,because they pee like a storm they think that is good for the kidneys,your dry mouth is an example hydrate

Very: Anemia is always a cause for concern. This is a severe anemia if I've understood your correctly. Further, a 24 year old man with anemia has a bleeding ulcer or cancer until proved otherwise. And I'm concerned that you've left your physician's office with so little understanding of your situation. This is more than 'anxiety'. I think your life's in danger. Get with a specialist NOW.

Exercises and diet helps with better control of diabetes.
